Update plugin version and changelog

The plugin must be compatible with the newest Shopware version.
2. What does this change do, exactly?
It simply changes the plugin version, requirements and the changelog.
3. Describe each step to reproduce the issue or behaviour.
- Install the plugin
- Install the plugin NetiNextQuickOrder in version 3.0.0 or above
- Try to import/export a cart using the EXCEL format
