86c85wrpx - Fixed issue with onlyAvailable-flag
1. Why is this change necessary?
It's a bug fix.
2. What does this change do, exactly?
With 6.7.0.0 the onlyAvailable flag is always true (mentioned and removed here: !35 (34cf6ae4)) so we simply disable the flag before loading payment methods and reactivating it after, so it no longer affects the ShippingMethodRoute in any way.
