#86c7f648a - Restores shipping method filter in offcanvas cart

2. What does this change do, exactly?
It restores the rule filter of the shipping methods in the offcanvas cart.
Before this change, all shipping methods have been available for selection in the offcanvas cart disregarding their availability rules.
3. Describe each step to reproduce the issue or behavior.
- Set an availability rule in a shipping method
- Go to the storefront and make sure, that the rule does not match
- Add a product to the cart
- On the cart page, the shipping method with the non-matching rule is not available (has been working before)
- In the offcanvas cart, that shipping method should also not be available for selection now
