• Adjusted plugin installer
• Update payment handler for SW 6.7
• Added config links

3. Describe each step to reproduce the issue or behavior.

• Install and activate plugin
• Build administration
• Check if payment method Free is created
• Assign the payment method Free to your sales channel
• Create a SW promotion which reduce your whole cart
• Put products to cart at storefront
• Redeem your promotion to set the order value to 0.00 €
• Check the payment method Free is selected and is not changeable
• Create an order which the payment method Free
