#40523 - Fix problem with inactive default payment method

To fix a bug.
2. What does this change do, exactly?
- It set the first found payment method if a payment method exists
3. Describe each step to reproduce the issue or behavior.
- Install plugin
- Disable default payment method of your sales channel
- Visite your shop and checkout -> no exception is displayed
