#40357 - Set default payment method in case the previous one is no longer available

1. Why is this change necessary?

It's a bug fix.

2. What does this change do, exactly?

It sets the first payment method if no payment method was found by the session.

3. Describe each step to reproduce the issue or behavior.

  1. Install & activate this plugin
  2. Redeem a 100 % voucher -> payment method Free should be selected
  3. Remove the voucher from cart -> first payment is selected if no previous payment is available.
