#45543 - Payment method "Free" is available again for 0 € shopping baskets

It's a bugfix

2. What does this change do, exactly?

• It sets a missing parameter

3. Describe each step to reproduce the issue or behavior.

• Create SW promotion which reduce the cart to 0 €
• Put product(s) to cart
• Redeem SW promotion
• Visit checkout confirm page
• Check if payment method Free is displayed
• Remove promotion from cart
• Check if your other payment methods are correct displayed
• Check if correct payment mthods are displayed at customer account
  • if your cart is reduced to 0 €
  • if your cart has an amount above 0 €
• Check if correct payment method(s) are displayed if you repeat the payment
• Check the points above once for SW version 6.6.3.0 (or higher) and once under SW version 6.6.3.0
