#40611 - Payment method "Free" hidden on the payment methods page (when there are no products in the shopping cart)

To fix a bug

2. What does this change do, exactly?

• It removes the payment methode "Free" at customer account payment overview page

3. Describe each step to reproduce the issue or behavior.

• Login as customer
• Visit the payment overview page at customer account
• Check if "Free" is not displayed
• Put a product to the cart
• Repeat point 2 and 3
• Also check whether the plugin also behaves like this in the checkout or for the orders whose payments have been canceled and have to be selected again
