#30334 - Fix incompatiblity to EasyCoupon and calculation of shipping costs
Create two vouchers by EC. The first voucher reduce basket value to 0.00 €. The second voucher reduce the shipping costs, but it is not set the flag for shipping free.
Now you add the first voucher to basket. Afterwards you can add the second voucher to basket again.
